On 21st October I paid in cash to the driver, it still shows pending payment for me and I am unable to book a ride. Ola does not answer calls on suport number provided and the online app solution does not have this option.

    Requesting to unblock the OLA account

    I have booked a ride but driver has asked for an extra money apart from the ride charge. We denied to pay extra amount other than original charge so driver cancelled the ride. We have charged cancellation fee and it's getting doubled everytime so that we aren't able to travel now. This is unfair to charge fee for the ride which we haven't travelled and asked for an extra amount illegally. Please resolve this at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

      We have travelled using ola on 21.10.2021 @9:11am thursday, in Bangalore, using mini, CRN [protected], for 335/-. As we were 4 o[censored]s, driver told Mini has to be converted to SUV and fare will be amount equal to Similar SUV Fare which amounts to 550/- at that time.AS we dont know how the internal process will be at OLA we thought that it can be updated like that and accepted what he said. At the end of the trip along with payment of 335/- online he collected with us 550/- extra cash. And he told that he will submit to OLA by end of the day.

      When we called him regarding this he told that bill will be updated to 550/- and for 335/- Ola coupon will be available which we can use it later.

      We were following up with him continously till today morning but we have not received any response from them.

      If we were informed before the start of the trip that 4 people cant be acccepted, we would have cancelled that ride and would have gone for other Cabs.

        I completed a ride on 3rd October 2021 and did payment through cash. Still Ola app is showing that my payment is due of same amount. Also unable to connect Ola customer from the phone number provided by them. Please fix it as soon as possible.

          This is in regards to the Ola ride I took on the 23rd of September, 2021 from my residence to the airport.

          The bill was ₹389 and I paid ₹400 in cash to the driver.

          The driver did not update this information and I am being asked to pay again on the app as it shows under pending payments.

          I am unable to contact the driver as well since he did not call me from his number.

          Please help me out with the same.

          I am a very regular customer of Ola and take a ride almost daily.

          Due to this mistake I'm unable to take a further ride.

          The details of the ride are attached below.

            On 10th october at 7.30am i booked a ride., i paid amount in cash but still its showing me pending and am not able to book any ride from ola ...so plz solve my problem...i paid in cash for my rides before but i dint had any ### like this before ..this is my first time ..solve it kindly ...im unable to book any rides

                  Hi,

                  I took a Local Rental Cab on 26th Sep 2021 for 8 hours.

                  Immediately after boarding the cab, my cab broke down in 10mins.

                  Driver asked me to board another cab. I called the customer care of Ola.

                  They told to hire cab and told the money will be refunded within 72 hours.

                  But its over a month now. I have been following this case with Ola Support but they keep telling me Driver denied any cab broke down.

                  They trust the driver, but could not see that i left the cab in 10mins and boarded another Ola cab for Rental.

                  I paid Rs 2200, twice in same day. I want my money refunded for the broke down cab as soon as possible.

                      I made a payment by cash of 494 for my ride. But in the app it is still not updatee. It is showing payment is pending. Due to this i am unable to book further cabs. Please look into this.

                          I booked a CAB 5AM in the morning, one rider cancelled the ride after knowing the location.. Other rider accepted it and just starting the ride, he cancelled it and money got debited from ola Postpaid.
                          And he let my MIL go out of the CAB and stranded opposite to Kalamandir, Marathalli.
                          After i contacted a local auto and he dropped to my place..

                          Money got debitted and app say the drop is successful... disgusting

                            Took a ride on October 22nd from beeramguda to somajiguda. the bill was INR 270. the driver demanded cash so i paid him INR 300. In ola app, it says, the payment of INR 270 is still pending. please get this issue resolved.
                            tried support option from ola app many times but no luck. couldnt locate their customer care number. tried reaching their official office number[protected] and +[protected] but the numbers dont work.

                              Hundreds of rides I have taken in the past two years through Ola but have faced thousands of refusals. Driver calls and asks destination, asks the mode of payment and cancels if it's online. Customer support keeps setting computer generated fixed messages. They aren't bothered to resolve and fix this issue despite this going on for 5-6 years. There are thousands of tweets in twitter yet no action taken or no solution made. Need an official warning from a major political person and media enlightenment to give them a warning or suspend it's services.

                                      I've paid in cash to the auto driver because app crashed and wasn't working but afterwards the app isn't letting me book more rides because payment is 'pending'.
                                      I would like to continue using Ola cabs but I can't until this issue is resolved
