    I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 138 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
    Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible infact I've Mailed so many times to ola support but the customer compliance are taken as for granted. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
    It my request to solve the issue immediately.

          We used Ola CAB earlier today and paid cash (110 Rs.) for the trip. HOwever in the app it indicates that the payment is pending. This is the second instance and not getting the required support from Ola app.

          Request to remove that alert as it will help me with the next booking.

            I travelled from delhi cantt to rohini sec 22 the CRN no. Of this ride is [protected]. I paid the total amount in cash rs. 252 to the driver. The app is still showing payment pending and now I'm not able to book another rides . Please check as soon as possible and take necessary action.

              I was unable to use online payment and hence I paid in cash for my last ride.
              Now the app shows me pending payment which is unacceptable.

                      I took a cab ride from OLA on Sunday, 26th September 2021 towards Howrah Station.
                      My ride was confirmed vide CRN and payment vide Online Method.
                      At the time of ending the ride, I received a message that the online payment could not be processed and I need to pay in cash.
                      On further being compelled by the driver, I paid the entire amount, Rs. 204 in full cash.
                      Now, even after paying, my account is still is showing that I have amount pending.
                      I tried to reach OLA Customer Care but to no avail.
                      Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                          I booked Ola Cabs for My relative on 25th Sep 2021 and he paid the amount to the driver in cash. However, I got the popup in my mobile that there is an amount pending due to pay the same amount.
                          With this in reference, I have raised the complaint to Ola based on ticket number[protected] and they confirmed that there is an issue with their system and hence unable to clear that amount therefore they requested me to pay online and initiate the refund request over email. With their confirmation in email, I have done the same and send the evidence to them. Now in the app, my ticket is showing in resolving state but it didn't happen.

                            Payment done twice for two transactions

                            Hi,

                            I have raised a complaint with Ola for two of my trips. I have made a payment directly to the driver as the online payment didn't happen. My payment option was using Phonepe not Ola postpaid. So according to the process if the Phonepe online payment doesn't happen before the ride ends we are supposed to make cash payment to the driver. I have made an online payment directly to the driver and shared the screenshots to Ola...

                            Dear sir,
                            I m using OLA cab regulae when my travel. Actually two times I faced problem with ola drivers. Previously I traveled on May 18th 2021 at Coimbatore Railway Station to Airport, Actual fare shown Rs249 only but ola driver demanded Rs500. Due to emergency situation I paid double cost. Next time recently at Hyderabad on 9th September 2021 from Secunderbad Railway Station to Airport, Actual fare shown Rs 549 only, Driver (Raju) told me real fare Rs 940, In your phone minimum fare shown, so he want to check it, unexpectedly he cancelled my ride through my phone and he said don't worry I will manage but real fare 940, you should pay, OlA drivers using passengers airport trip emergency situation. Again I faced problem. so OLA need to take necessary action against these types of drivers. In future passengers wouldn't suffer that's why I post this compliant.

                              I had made a payment with cash to driver Upender kumar on 21 sept . The pickup location was botanical Garden metro station gate no. 1 to glued reloded at a price of 64 . The app is still showing pending and I am not able to book any rides now. Plz help

                                Dear Sir / Ma'am

                                I am Devvrat Singh. On 25th September 2021 I had taken services of Ola cabs to travel from The Daly College in Indore to a village called Tirla in Madhya Pradesh. The total distance (on Google Map) is 77 kms. The same distance was displayed on Ola cabs with an estimate of Rs.1922/-.
                                I hired the service through the app on the basis of the estimate given and traveled with my family. On the route I paid a toll charge worth Rs.130/- as the cab driver insisted that the toll charge is not included in the fare.
                                Upon reaching the destination, to my shock the driver showed me a final amount of Rs.2589/-. In return I showed him the amount of Rs.1922/- but immediately that amount changed to Rs.2589/-.
                                I had to pay that amount. So the final amount paid by me was Rs.2719/- as opposed to Rs.1922/-. They have charged me 40% extra.
                                Sir/Ma'am, I have called the Ola cab customer service number but no action has been taken by them in this regard.

                                    I booked OLA from Geeta Colony (Delhi) to DLF Cyber Hub (Gurgaon) on Sep 21 at 8:14 AM. As internet was a problem, so paid the driver in cash. Even after the payment the pending payment message pop up is there on my ola mobile app. i raised the complaint ticket on same day, ticket reference id[protected]. To my surprise, there is no response since then. as i have to go some where urgently so i paid the 21st Sep invoice again through Ola money. so this way i made the double payment for the same trip. pls arrange the refund in my Ola app asap.
