I booked a ride from Chandigarh Airport to Shivalik Hotel & Resort
Kasauli Road, Dharampur, Himachal Pradesh 173209
The drive was around 62 Kms. Google image attached. It takes 106 min. for this route and estimate bill was less tha 1500/-
Ola generated my bill for 105 kms. When Distance 105 is not possible in 134 mins. You can see here in attached screenshot. Actual distance and charged distance. For example you can see Kandaghat is 97 kms. from chandigarh airport and it takes 160 mins.

I have voice recording (will use as legal evidence if needed) with driver who took (Ola bill plus taxes and duties, total 3960/-) additional 1420/- in the name of 3 states entry tax and tolls and provided slips of Rs. 270/- only and assured me to provide soft copies of those documents in few hours and now he is not responding properly.

I talked to ola support, but they are supporting their fraud driver and saying we can not do anything. Also justifying wrong bill as correct bill. They and giving freehand to cab drivers to loot their customers and later Deny to take any action against such fraud drivers.

Kindly look into this matter.

I called 3 times to ola customer support :
1st call : She said every thing is fair and they can't do anything in this case and cut the phone without listening to me pretending she is not hearing me..

2nd Call : Apology and false assurance.. and few hours later they again closed the complaint.

3rd call : Same story..

Worst service and worst customer support..

Same froud happened with me too. Today i took a cab from ramgarh panchkula to ambala materhi jattwala. Approx 40 km one side. I took a round trip. It show would be approximately 1500 rs. I spend 9 to 8 hours at my destination. my trip was under cover for 11 hours and 121 kms. But when i reached back to my location the bill show 2160/- for 191 kms travelled that's impossible for same distance. And driver took 350/- twice for tax which he never give to anyone. And an ola person call me to ask how much you pay for ride. I told him that driver froud with me and took 2160+350/-. Then he suddenly cut call after say ok have a good day. I can't understand anything. Can someone help me.

    Today I booked ride in the morning from ola and they send private no. Car for pickup. And when I called costumer care they told me this your mistake.

      Me Syed Ali from Hyderabad working as auto driver in ola..I raised my issue to partner care but they care only rider not partner.CRN .[protected].
      Sir rider didn't pay extra he pay as show in app 101..he also don't want to pay Rs 101 and rude with me.but i didn't go even took 101.he is big lier he stone my auto mirtor..by the way partner care take complant from rider without calling me .rider paid me Rs 101.i didn't take Rs 201.he is rowdy how can he pay extra 100 you think.kindly take action against rider & partner care..Thanks..

        Ols is charging Rs 225 from delhi to faridabad as road and toll tax where as Rs 25 is govt tax.

        Kindly look all visitors as they are looting our money and taking all fun with our money

          I have been harassed by ola cabs recovery agents occasionally from last year for a payment of a ride I had booked and canceled on 3rd Jan-2020. After this I have taken multiple rides from ola and made the payments for every ride taken. Now I am being harassed by your recovery agents from time to time to make payments for that one ride booked & cancelled on 3rd Jan 2020. I had spoken to ola support last year about this and you guys assured me that this issue will not happen again, but now again your ola cabs recovery agents have called and spoken badly to recover the money which I dont think is pending. I think they are making fraud calls and also threatening me that they have all my family members' numbers and they will somehow annoy my family members. Also, my number which I had registered with Ola cabs is also not in service since last year & I am getting these ola recovery agent calls on my other numbers. This is really annoying & moreover now it's scary when you people try to reach my family members. Shame on Ola for such activity. The agent who called me to threaten I would like to report about it if you can help - Agent Name - Amreen Sheikh - Mob - [protected] from Mumbai.

          I do not have CRN details but as per the recovery agent, I took a ride on 3rd Jan 2020 with registered Contact.

          I need to know CRN details, ride details (starting and end point), date, and payment details. Without knowing all this I cannot accept this bill. If I receive any such recovery-threatening calls I will put OLA support on the Cyber Crime cell because OLA support is breaching customer information outside.

          I also received another call from new no# [protected]. Same question and asking for money.

            Price ola shared with me is 263 INR but at drop it charged me 423 INR.
            I drop at same location but still it charged me that over amount.
            I want ola to reslove my issue.

                I have book out of station one day trip, from Chennai to Tindivanam -- 258kms

                Estimated amount -3060rs

                At the end of trip,
                But I travelled 295 kms

                I was charged around 5000rs

                I had ended my trip earlier too

                Forgery on bill details saying travel was 431km

                Can u measure in map itself on my pickup and drop

                  I have filed a complaint for higher fare charges and OLA promised to refund INR 552 in my bank account. I have submitted all the requested documents, however it's been a week and they haven't processed any amount in my bank account. Tried reaching out to them multiple times via email but they are not responding.

                    I was quoted £2-4 for a 10 minute ride in London with a 50% off voucher. Once I was dropped off, I was charged £12.86. I have called to complain and they claim I accepted a quote of £11-15 which I absolutely did not. There are a large number of people who have also complained about this issue online and I believe they are running a scam or there is a bug. Needless to say, I am very unhappy and I would like a refund for the overcharge.

                          Booked ola cab from ola app in delhi app was showing fare248₹ and after complete ride showing fare 389₹ . Again booked auto in gwalior railway station was showing 76₹ after complete ride it is showing 97₹.

                          It is very big fraud to customer and cheating by a big company. I am very shocked. Wrong fare has to pay by customer.

                            Before taking ride I selected Ola Postpaid option but after the ride completed the driver asked for payment in cash because for him it was showing cash mode so He got payment in cash. This thing happened(payment method change automatically) in previous ride also but in previous ride no amount got deducted from OLA postpaid but for this ride the amount got deducted from OLA postpaid too and also paid in cash. When I raised the ticket in OLA the support team keep on giving slow reply with no result and again I raised other ticket in that I got mail that It is too late, I mean seriously what they were doing when I raised the ticket next day of the ride. Really disappointed by the app and Support team. They are just breaking the trust of a customer.

                              I took a rental ride 23 July 2021 in chennai, Ola charged rs 1913 against 130 Kms without use. I raised issue with Ola partner as well as with Ola customer support over phone . As per driver partner invoice is system generated, hence he could not anything. Customer care raise a ticket against my complaint and close it without providing resolved. Now I m trying on given Ola support since many times but no reachable. Being my payment mode was Ola credit. Now to avoid late fee fine I must to pay unjustified amount of 1913 rs.

                                But You have still charged my old wallet so I have paid 2times for the same journey, driver despair 500 Rs in cash and he has another customer waiting so he left in a hurry, why should I pay the charges twice, Do you think your driver will go without taking the money

                                  I took a cab ride on July 30, 2021 using OLA app. The driver’s name is Amrik Singh. He was behaving unprofessionally and despite charging full amount from us he did not turn on AC. I tried lodging a complaint in Ola Customer service team and they did not take any action. Please take stringent action against OLA and in particular against the driver Amrik Singh.

                                      The ride with CRN [protected], the driver asked to make payment in his phone pay wallet which I did but the transaction was pending. Then he took the cash from me of 400 for bill amount 395. I found that the pending transaction of 400 was also approved in phone pay.

                                        I had booked a ride on Saturday 24th July, and the amount while booking and boarding the ride was Rs 677. The driver asked me which route he should take and I informed him to follow the Ola App and the route mentioned. Halfway through the ride, We arrived at a toll booth, where the driver informed me that I have to pay the Toll charges. I refused and contacted the Ola support team and then they called the driver and informed him that the toll was part of the bill and he needed to pay it.

                                        While I had the support team on the call I also informed him that my fare had changed and he said that only after the ride is completed, can they investigate it. Please review my call made from my account/phone number at 10:12 pm that night. I clearly informed your support team about the change in the estimated fare.

                                        The system dynamically updates the fare while the ride is ongoing and doesn't allow the customers to see the initial fare estimate and yet they ask the customer for screenshots of the initial estimate. So basically every time we make a booking we need to take a screenshot in view that Ola will try and squeeze us for more money. Is that the way your app is supposed to operate?

                                        I have sent over multiple emails to the support, the communication is attached below and they keep telling me that I had selected a longer route and they are billing me for additional kms. I didn't and I kept informing the driver to follow the route on the app and yet I am told it's my fault.

                                        Fair and honest business practices are basically out of the window. Cheating and Malpractices are the way this company operates. It has been a real pathetic experience so far
