Wrongly Charge for Cancellation Fee

I had booked an Ola Cab in Mumbai and the CRN Number is [protected] and the name of the driver is Zeeshan Mohd Sharif Khan. The ride was booked for 2.30pm from Andheri to Vasai West. The driver called up at 2.15pm asking to start the ride. I informed him that the ride is scheduled for 2.30pm and that I was just getting ready. Ride CRN- [protected]. I have been charged thrice for this ride, my connected UPI (Google Pay) is charged twice and when the ride ended the driver said as it is showing a cash ride I have to pay cash. As Google Pay was not updated that time I had to pay him cash. Now since last 4 days I am trying to get my refund but Ola team is not helping.

Driver Took Cash Payment and as well as wallet is debited.

I booked Ola Outstation on 16th October from Chennai to hometown for my old age parents... i booked it with Ola Postpaid option for my payment. At the end of the trip driver demanded Cash to be paid and the total amount was Rs.3435. But they also debited the same amount in my wallet. No proper response from their Customer Care either. They cheated me by charging twice the amount. No one should use their Services since they dont care about...

Over priced against estimated amount

27 th of Oct 2020 I travelled from coimbatore railway station to pollachi.hence estimated amount was shown 1024. Once closed the trip bill generated 1565.The covid 19 health protocol breached by driver Mr.Fakir Rahman.He relyctant to wear mask and keep on sneezing for whole travel of an hour.it leads to ola cab service pandemic epic centre.So for the safety of general public ola cab services must be closed till covid exists....

Cab driver misbehaving

I booked an OLA ride from jorbagh new delhi to ghaziabad at 11:10pm. The driver called and arrives at the location. After arriving he started misbehaving with me (female)and my friend(male). He started to complain about the place we want to go and when we asked him what he's talking about he rudely said more things. Ola postpaid money as debited as well as paid cash to the driver after confirming with ola customer care. Still i didnt get refund of 396/- rupees.

My ola postpaid bill is also generated and still no support from the Ola and they never disclose customer care number.

I booked an ola auto. He came on time and asked for the OTP to start. All fine till now but then the harassment begins. He starts saying he can't go to my place as it is far. Then he says give me cash and not pay online. Then he finally stops the auto midway and says his auto won't start. After all this, since it was an online payment, my money was cut. Extra fare charges than estimated fare

Yesterday I took a ride with Ola with CRN: [protected]. The estimated fare was about 369 rs. But after completion of ride it became rs 555. They have added extra state Tax of 100 rs for ridding within Delhi along with extra charge for the ride. Even the driver took the longer route without asking just to make more money on the ride....

Misbehaviour and impolite behaviour

I booked a ola cab for my sister the app is showing 12 minutes for pickup
After 12 minutes i called driver but he is not talking properly with me and after 20 min when i called him he is behaving very badly and saying book another cab
Very bad and impoliet behaviour

My bill was 273 but ola driver took 73 as parking charges.
But as per my receipt it was 273 only.
Later I complaint to the OLA service but they didn't accept my complaint. I attached my bill....

I took 2 trips on 17th Oct, was charged Rs 100/both sides for Toll but there was No Toll on the way. Have contacted their customer care several times, all they do is raise tickets which takes 2 weeks for resolution as I faced the similar issue back in August too. Also, as per RBI, refund should be processed on Source account but they are not complying with this as they add money in their own Ola wallet. Completely disappointed.

This refers to my above ride by OLA.i took a 3 hr ride. The driver asked if it is ola money I told yes & he refused to take ride. I asked him to cancel & he cancelled debited to my acct 50rs. I showed him the rate 567 as per ola. Covered 52 kms & he charged 1067. I was compelled to pay. I want you to deduct the excess fare he has taken to my ola money acct. He was very rude. IN CHENNAI MOST OF THE OLA RIDERS REFUSE WHEN I SAY BY OLA MONEY....

Twice charged

Even when I paid online via google pay, driver app still showed payment payable in cash, and hence had to pay him cash again. Ola said that my complain is valid and i am eligible for refund but still i havent received any refund. (Ticket[protected]...

On 07.10.2020 at 5:10 pm, on booking of ride I was shown estimated fare of Rs.525. Before ending my ride I edited my drop location (which is merely 2-3kms away from previous dropping point).Now fare got updated to RS.590 and I paid Rs.590 to Ola (Ani Technologies) through online mode (card).

Now at end of ride my ola app showed fare of Rs.751( which is incomparably higher than estimated fare). I paid Rs.751 in cash to driver...

OLA payment issue

Me and my family has been a loyal OLA cab user from the the time OLA had started its services in Bangalore. However, the past incident and the kind of support I have been receiving from the Customer Service has made me upset from last one month.

I had booked a cab on 8th August. I had selected wallet payment. However, the driver asked for cash payment. But I did not get the option to change the payment on the OLA App to cash....

Excessive amount charged by ola

I Have been charged extra for my ride dated 07.10.2020 . i already complain to ola but they denied to refund the same against my complain / ticket no[protected].

reason for charging more was due two reason -
1. driver took long route.
2. i have booked cab from my home location to Noida office location ( that is in sector 65 ) but driver drop me at Noida location and did not stop the ride and stop the ride at indrapuram...

I booked Ola Prime cab on 6th of March 2020 late evening for Morning 6 AM from Malad to Pune same day return. On 7th morning i.e. today i got the cab details on my ola app, accordingly i contacted the driver. The cab was standing below Malad flyover. Due to some road construction was going on i asked driver to wait where he was parked the car (Below Malad flyover).

I reached to that place and called driver (Mr. Laksham Waghmode)...

Charged with High Fare
