I don't know how bad I have to scold this ola workers and drivers. Booking a cab is not for fun u ###. It's not about booking just your freaking 1000 rupees ride, we are freaking booking fights and all other stuff which deals in lacks. And u ### cancelled my ride that to without any information. I[censored] ### have any explanation call me u ###, call me and say why the hell u don't work and sit like a stone eating all salarys. Better die country brudes

      I have booked ola rental only for 4 hrs, however, my work has been finished in just less than 3 hrs. the total amount should come approximately between 650 to 700 including toll. But they have charged the total amount of rupees 1220/-

        I travelled 426 kms and was charged for 590 km and refund Ola offering is 1159 rs that too in vouchers.I don't want to use Ola again and I was charged 18 rs per km with taxes extra. So How does it make 1159 rs ? I was charged more than 12k for estimated 7k amount

          I took an outstation ola ride on 21/10/2020 from Delhi to gharsana (a town in Rajasthan). We reached there before 12 am the same day, and while generating the bill, it could not processes, and the bill could not be generated. We had completed the ride the same day. In the morning, the driver came and asked for the ride money. Bill was generated in the morning of amounting to Rs. 12231 including night charges whereas the bill amount should be Rs. 8500 without night charges. I don't know how kilometres got increased and why night charges were included. We are not getting any support from ola. We had called them several times in a month till day, and every time we call, they say the refund will be done qithin so hours but till date no refund received. I am being mentally harrassed by them and everytime they promise for call back frm senior whicb i never received. And they always put call kn hold for hours and then disconnect.

            When i was booking the ride the estimated fare shown is 5313. After the booking it is 5678 and after the trip complete it is 6211. What is this. Is this some type of cheating.. Showing low fare while booking. Its around 300 kms from vijayawada to nellore.

            You have considered 1 hr for this trip. How come one hour for 300 kms. And charged us for 4 extra hours 400 rupees. I don't know what base charge is again? 40*17 =680 rupees extra charge. Is this some type of gambling doing by ola???

            I would request to refund extra hours charged for this trip.

              Hi, i have taken a ola ride on 16-mar-2019. I had rs.33 in the ola money and have paid rs.400 in cash to the driver. Later end of the same month i got a message saying that ola postpaid is due for rs.374 which was not even notified me before. Now its showing as rs.474. I have raised a complaint by email and call (Multiple times), but i get an automated response within 2 days saying that the complaint will be resolved. I got call from the executives later then and was informed it will waived off (Thirce). I am now harassed with innumerable automated calls, smss, and emails on daily basis. I have explained the situation various times but there is no improvement. Not sure why i have to pay twice for single ride to the driver and online. Now i stopped using ola since 16-mar.

              Even now also I am getting calls saying that executive will come and collect money.

              Issue is not resolved yet. Even now also I am getting the calls and messages.

                Extra fare charge by ola cab

                I have book ola cab from sealdah station to Alambazar, at the time of booking Rs.185 shown in my app which I had paid through phonepe wallet but after completion of ride the final fare was shown 554.

                How can they increase fare in enroute.

                Please refund extra charge amounting Rs.275....

                I had booked a cab and I had done the payment through Phonepe Upi for Rs.874. And the amount was deducted. It still showed that the payment was done so I did the payment again and Rs.874 were deducted again. It said in the app’s support menu that the amount will be refunded. I haven’t received the refund yet.

                  This is with regards to an Ola Outstation ride I took on 14 Oct.

                  My bill was for Rs 4546. I paid rs 638 using Ola Money and the balance was paid to the driver directly thru Google pay.

                  Calculation of money paid - Rs 638 (Ola Money which was already there in my Ola Money Wallet + 4508 via Google Pay to the Ola driver).
                  Total paid - Rs 5146 (The payment included the final Ola bill of Rs 4546 + Rs 600 toll tax paid by the driver) enroute. I have the proof of the payments made.

                  I have been writing Ola Support and Ola Money explaining to them that the payment has already been made. I have also shared the google pay screenshots with them but to no avail.

                  I am being harassed with calls and msgs to clear my Ola Money dues...on a daily basis inspite of me reaching out to them on email / twitter / phone calls.

                  Pls find attached screenshots of the payment made to the Ola Driver and I hope this will bring an end to the harassment.

                  I have been writing to Ola since 1 Nov but all in vain

                    Hi Ola,

                    For Ola Outstation ride that I made on 11/8 I have paid the Driver by Cash the full amount of 7041 INR and I was also charged on Ola Money Post Paid. I made this cash payment after confirming with the customer care that the Post Paid will be reversed in 48 hours. Since then I have reached Ola Customer Care multiple times but I have not got any response from them till date. Every time I call they try to reach the Driver to confirm if he has received the payment and I was told that he has confirmed on that as well but still they have not been processing the same. I spoke to the Escalation team on 11/19 - Sandesh was told I will received a link to update my bank details to initiate the transfer. Also he mentioned about summarizing the same and sharing it in an email but have not got any response till today. I reached Sandesh again today and he said he will need 72 hours to check again. I wanted to know why there is a challenge in knocking of this charges - I am not looking for Ola to transfer that money to my account the expectation is only to knock off the Ola Post Paid amount.

                    I will not be ready to pay the post paid amount until there is confirmation from Ola on the transfer along with date in which it will be provided.

                      1 The seat was absolutely torn of car no. MH02 EH3823 (Driver Mohammad Ali) (Journey date 14th Nov ) and i have the pictures also (attaching it). It was hurting us because of torn seat. 2 Car was full of dust and mosquitoes as the windows were open. 3 Driver refused to switch ON the AC saying during Covid 19 i will not switch it ON and was arguging why are you wearing mask if you want AC on. The driver was so rude .
                      2 I was mentally disturbed by the rude behaviour and he spoilt my Diwali, torn seat covers and mosquito bite has physically harmed me also.
                      3 The worst thing on the App i complained twice but OLA CAB was least bothered and within minutes it was showing in he status "SOLVED". No one even spoke to me once from OLA.

                        I had a ride on 16.11.2020 from Mehrauli, New Delhi to Espania, Sonepat (Haryana). Total amount should be Rs. 770 but the cab driver charged Rs. 2052. I have submitted my concern on customer support and they are showing final ride amount Rs. 770 but still the cab driver charged Rs. 2052. I had screen shots for the final amount shared by customer service.
                        Kindly arrange a refund for over Charged.

                          I booked ola call taxi on 16/11/2020 at 5 Pm. kanchipuram to chennai. Driver asked more money. per extra km 18/- he asked. proper route way also was not showed to us. he stopped net connection. This was not good for your feature service.                             Booked ola roundway pune Mumbai Pune..fare shown 3350 .. reached mumbai..driver charged 3759 for one way saying u have clicked wrong time slot.. totally unfair.. I have always been ola fan.. safe and frndly rides..but am really shocked for this high fare..I have always travelled with fare[protected] one way..how can u guys charge double amount? Tried calling customer care..waited for 10 minutes on call but no response.. I want refund of my hard earned money.. u guys shud be considerate with the time slot thing.. how can u guys keep 4 hr slot if it's practically impossible to come and go in this minimum time...
                            Plz do sumthn..or else I will lose all from trust from ola.. Ola is supposed to be economic ride but this high price is really not done ..

                                  I used Ola ride about 6months back. After my ride have settled trip amount to can driver . Later 2 days received an SMS mentioning to pay Ola money, this was very surprise me as havent intiated anything . Also I don't know when got Ola money get into my account. On 3rd day issue was escalated to customer executive, but response was unethical/unfair simply mentioning that it should have been highlighted on same day even after my above explaination. So have discontinued service now I am being threated to pay outstanding dues.
                                  I am ready face challege and have already raised consumer complaint . So friends message is don't use OLA SERVICE it is literally hightech fraud.

                                    I book ola cab from my home to Appello Hospital Kolkata at about 1810 hrs. I had a talk with cab driver. He confirmed that he is coming. After a prolong time he used to direct me to main road which is about .250 mtr away from my home. I was in emergency with a patient for immediate hospitalisation. I told him my inablity to come to main road. He asked me to cancel the booking. I explained my problem. He then told me "अबे गांड मादारचोद तु राइड cancell कर" ।
                                    I was very much surprised to get a such behaviour from a driver who is employed by a reputed company like you.
                                    Due to non reporting of the Driver my patient is in fatal condition and fighting for survive due to downfall of Sodium.
                                    This is disgusting.
                                    Hope you will take remedial measures.

                                      Yesterday I ride/book Ola cab manesar to faridabad.i have paid total charge 1013 rs (640rs trip charge + 373 rs toll/parking charges). this was so high charges.During ride we have passed only two toll plaza (kherki dhaula - 65 rs single ride charge +Faridabad to Gurgaon sh 5a - 25 rs single ride charge) total 90 rs charge I m applicable only two toll plaza charge payment option, but by mistake/ error 6 toll plaza (373 rs) pass shows as per your summary sheet. So I request pls updated summary sheet of my fair and transfer/ return extra charge money 280+ rs send to my phonepay wallet.
                                      I request pls reply as soon as possible.
