Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Bad behavior of driver and cancellation without my consent and amount charged to me | |||
Booking - CRN[protected] Yesterday 03-Dec-16 taxi was booked in advance to Airport. Taxi came to my house and driver asked me where I want to go and when I said Airport then he started behaving rudely and asked me sit in taxi now or else he will cancel it. When I told him that he arrived at 11:42 and booking is for 11:45 then he said that he is going and my booking is cancelled. Even I asked him not to behave rudely in case he don't want to go. Immediately I booked another taxi and he took me without any issue and driver told me that other taxi driver met him and told that these guys don't want to go airport. Then I came to know that he doesn't want to go to airport and want to take only local passengers. Why do Ola not tell their drivers upfront that passenger want to go this place and let them choose whether they want to go or not. Because of Ola's policy I have to face these rude drivers when I am travelling with my wife and child. Also why I am charged for cancellation when it is not done by me. Ola can see I booked another one when he refused to take me. He even asked me whether I I'll be paying by Ola money. Ola setup this system so that these type of drivers and you can charge customers unprofessionally. Please refund cancellation amount immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
