Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — bill charged twice | |||
I booked the cab for my relative on 30th apr 2019 & she paid the fare to driver. After 15 days i saw a msg of pending bill under ola money of 466/-. While communicating with ola concern team they said the complain is after 3 days so we cannot help. They can send us reminder to clear the bill which was already paid, but they cannot ask their associate cab driver to return the fare. We are using ola service considering the professional approach, so that if there is any issues it can be tracked & resolved. But this incident has disappointed us.
