Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Billing issue

I had booked a cab ride from faridabad sector 29 for my parents to terminal 1D. At the drop point, the driver told my parents to pay the fare I.e 570 in cash. They were in a hurry at the drop point so they paid him. However, I had balance in my ola wallet and it was deducted as well. So, I mailed your customer care but the executive is saying that it is against company policy to refund that amount. So, is it my fault that the driver is a cheat and I should suffer??? What kind of a company policy is this?? CRN is[protected].

Contact my friend [protected]@gmail.com, he helped me got proof that my ex was cheating on me and that saved my life so even though i know i owe him alot publicity of his good job is the least i could do, contact him and thank me later, if he doesnt respond tell him from Ellie.
