This is Vijaya Lakshmi.My ola cabs account is permanently blocked by Ola cabs with mobile number [protected].
Yesterday, I had booked an outstation ride, scheduled for early morning today at 6:00 AM. Driver cancelled the scheduled trip at 6.00 am today without intimation, which caused inconvenience.
Unfortunately, due to multiple operational issues on the driver's side, I was forced to cancel and rebook several times:
The second assigned driver demanded ₹4, 500 instead of the official ₹3, 300 fare, so I had to cancel.
The next 3 bookings drivers accepted the ride but refused to move towards the pickup location.time is killing by drivers. This problem I have faced by drivers.so, I cancelled 3 trips.
Finally, a genuine driver accepted then started moving towards pick up location and completed the ride.
I was shocked that my account was permanently blocked, with a vague reason cited as Ola violations. I assure you that I have always followed the terms o[censored]se and cancellations were only made due to issues caused by drivers, not by me.
I kindly request you to:
Help me to reactivation of Ola cab account. I kept request mail to Ola but got same blocked account message.
I hope you understand my situation.
