This is a complaint against Mr.V.Dinesh Kumar, Auto rickshaw Driver . Vehicle Number TN10BA3165.
This happened on 16.12.23 at Chennai, I booked a autorickshaw via Ola from pallavaram to koyambedu .The ola had showed a ride amount of 385Inr. OLA charged me waiting fee which is not due to customer/passenger. Even I was standing at pick up poing before driver arrived at the point. OLA has imposed waiting charges on my bill which is not justified as no waiting occured due to customer/passenger.

This way, OLA is making unjustifiable money from customers which is unlawful. I was waiting for driver for my pick up before driver...

The driver at OLA Cab took a deliberate much longer route and was being guided repeatedly to take correct route. The regular route at this time never have traffic is around 55 Km, while the driver run 20 km extra deliberately.

I had purchased ola s1pro top model but at the time of delivery I had received with s1 os having no range compared to s1pro, after continuous follow up the os upgraded to s1pro.

I took following ride today morning 28th Oct at 8:35 AM from Mansarovar to Jhotwara and had a real unpleasant experience today. The car AC was not working, and the driver drove the car with glasses down. My colleague who also accompanied me is 6 months pregnant and also has severely allergic to dust. She had to visit the dispensary after the drop to sooth herself.

How can a driver drive a car which is not in good condition?...
