Incorrect Order Received Missing Chicken in Peri Peri Rice Bowl

I recently ordered a Chicken Peri Peri Rice Bowl from California Burrito via Ola Food, but the order I received had no chicken at all—just plain rice and greens. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.

On 24th Jan, 2024 around 6.46pm I completed the Ola ride and paid the fare of Rs. 387 to anitechnologies205.[protected]@axisbank and transaction id is T2501241943444691276681

However, soon after the driver called me saying he has not received the money and it shows the customer has to pay the cash.

I tried multiple ways to to reach out to Ola support but it is just the bots sending auto replies .

We booked ola ride from camp pune to sylvania magarpatta city, it's a very know place in pune, but during trip driver was taking us in Hadapsar side instead magarpatta city, he says this is the location coming in his mobile from ola, and was not ready to drop us in our booked destination, he was fighting, abusing, threatening us unnecessarily and took heavy extra money to drop us in Sylvania.

Harassment through repeated calling and threats to visit at my house

Please be informed that I had an horrible auto experience via Ola. I booked an auto on25th Oct at 5.33 pm from LDA colony to A- block where an estimate of Rs161-Rs167 will be charged was shown.

The auto driver picked us and almost at 3 kms away of my actual destination, he stopped the auto and started saying that its showing your ride will end here. I stated that's not possible as I have booked till A-block and showed my app where it was clearly showing as a red dot that my ride will take 3 mins more to reach. So he stated back that if he will end it here it will end automatically. I said to take me where my actual destination is showing.
On reaching my destination he asked me to pay him Rs 200/- for travelling extra. I stated I will not pay any extra amount as its clearing showing in my app that I have to pay 161-167 and i am ready to pay 167 but not more than that. He argued more but then agreed to take 167. I asked him to give me UPI so he stated only cash so i gave him the cash.

Such kind of cheaters and scammers are working as drivers in ola. I tried to raise a complaint through your app but there was not a single option to do so. There was only 1 automated revert coming as thanks for the feedback.

Please take accountability of your drivers. This is the last time i am using your app.

Pathetic service overall. Highly disappointed.

    Postpaid dues

    By mistake ola postpaid got selected but I have paid to the driver and I have all the proofs that I paid to the driver.     I booked an Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen bike on 9th August 2024, with Order ID OET-[protected]-HIF859. A payment of ₹1, 47, 299/- was made on the same day (attached is the payment confirmation for your reference). The delivery was initially expected on 12th August 2024, as per the email confirmation received. However, the delivery of the vehicle has now been delayed by 18 days. I have been consistently following up regarding this delay, but unfortunately, I have not received any clear answers or solutions to my concerns from the customer care team. This continuous follow-up should not be necessary—it is the responsibility of the company to ensure timely delivery, and it feels as though my concerns are falling on deaf ears. Buying a scooter should not be such a cumbersome process. I kindly request your intervention in this matter and would greatly appreciate it if you could help expedite the process and ensure that the necessary actions are taken.

      I recently placed my scooter in vacation mode for approximately three months. Upon attempting to start the scooter, I encountered difficulties, and it failed to power up. I promptly contacted Ola customer care multiple times, seeking assistance. Despite my efforts, the response from customer care was inadequate, prompting me to escalate the matter on Twitter. Following my Twitter escalation, I received a call from customer care, and they scheduled a tow for the next morning. Unfortunately, the scooter was towed in the afternoon, causing further inconvenience. There was a miscommunication between the tow company and Ola regarding the drop-off location (Location A vs. Location B).Upon visiting the service center, I was surprised to find that no one had inspected my scooter.
      After insisting on a thorough check, the service center informed me that the issue lies with the battery. They quoted a repair cost of ₹25, 000 for battery replacement. However, my scooter’s battery is still within the warranty period. Regrettably, due to an issue with the Ola app (which has not been in sync for the past 3-4 months), I cannot display the vacation mode status to the service center staff. I am puzzled by the request to pay for a warranty-covered repair. If I must bear the cost, what purpose does the warranty serve? Ola’s reputation as a reputable company led me to expect better customer care and support.

      I urge fellow Ola scooter owners to exercise caution.
      The poor customer care experience and the substantial charge for a warranty-covered part are disappointing.
      As a loyal customer, I did not anticipate encountering such challenges.
      I sincerely hope that Ola Electric takes steps to improve its customer service and ensures that warranty-related issues are handled promptly and transparently.

            My OLA scooter BR 31AY 6195 died at my home on 3rd of July 2024 so through RSA I sent my vehicle for the repair after contacting an OLA staff member who suggested sending it to the OLA DANAPUR. On 4th of July the vehicle reached the service centre . I was in touch with a OLA STAFF & he received my vehicle. 2 days passed and there was no update on my vehicle repair status so I messaged him & tried to ask him about the repair status but he didn't reply and also I called him but he didn't pick up my call. That day also passed, so on Saturday 6th of July 2024 I called Ola customer care helpline number and reported my problem. The customer care executive assured me that a complaint has been lodged and the service team will either call you or message you regarding your vehicle.
            But again 7 days passed and no one tried to contact me from the Service Team. So Now what I want is :-
            1. Take serious action against the Service Team of OLA DANAPUR
            2. Take Action against 2 people who were in contact with me but now they have blocked me.
            (1) RAJ MITTAL :- Manager of OLA DANAPUR

            (2) RAHUL RANJAN :- Don;t know what post he holds but he is the one more responsible in all this nuisance.

              I am writing to escalate a long-standing issue with my Ola electric scooter, which has not been charging for over a month now. Despite multiple complaints (Request Nos.[protected] June 2024),[protected] June 2024),[protected] June 2024),[protected] May 2024),[protected] May 2024)), no satisfactory resolution has been provided.

              The scooter was taken to the service center around 22nd May and returned with an assurance that the issue was fixed. However, the problem persists. I have repeatedly raised complaints, yet there has been no effective action taken. Additionally, there has been no response from Ola Electric to my calls after the initial service.

              This prolonged inconvenience is unacceptable and has severely affected my family's daily routine. My daughter, who relies on this scooter for her commute to the office and other essential needs, has been immobile to a great extent due to this issue. The lack of a functional scooter has caused significant disruption and hardship.

              I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. This situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and it is crucial that it is resolved without further delay.
