Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cancelled booking which embarrassed customers at end time | |||
Sir/ madam, I had booked an ola cab at agra on 23 jun 19 at 09.55 pm, ola confirmed and msg me that driver's details will provide 10 min prior and they provided that vide crn [protected], driver-madan mohan, however, at zero time i. E 9.55 pm ola cancelled my booking without any call or reason, by which me and my family faced huge embarrassed to reach at railway station in time to catch train.
