Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charged 2 times for a single ride - CRN[protected] | |||||
I took ride on Oct 5th. For the first time I have loaded money to "OLA Money Wallet". Ola cab driver asked me ride amount and I have paid same. I did not get sms notification for amount debited from app after my ride was done. I have already told to the driver I have ola money in the wallet. But cab driver forced me to pay ride amount immediately. I have paid the amount. Today I took the another ride, but there is no money in the wallet. I did not get any sms or notification like amount will be debited automatically. But driver should know this right? I have already told him I have money in the wallet. They have charged 2 times for a single ride. I have called up customer care and asked them to return my money to the wallet as I have already paid to the driver. Please have a look into this issue and return my money to the wallet? why should I pay 2 times for a single ride? please ask your cab driver for the ride money.
