At Bangalore, took OLA ride through Micro, CRN [protected], Initially it was booked for a destination, later while on the way, I wanted to change the destination due to heavy rain.I tried multiple times to enter the different destination through OLA app, but the app did not accept the change. OLA driver was well aware of the problem I am facing, being kind enough to get me to the new destination. While destination reached I was shocked to know the price was too high, I checked my OLA ride history, the ride distance was showing 22 kms, doubted so verified and checked the same route( which OLA ride took me) through google map it was only 17.2 km, a difference of 4.5 kms is huge, understand the time could be different due to many reasons, but the distance should not change.
