Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charged twice for the same ride | |||||
Hi booked OLA share on FEB 12th, there was no money in ola account. In ola share we are supposed to pay before taking the ride. The app on the driver's mobile showed the amount that we had to pay and we pains the amount and then started the ride. I had a plan of taking further rides that day so I thought of adding some ola money as I was running out of cash. I added the ola money. In the evening when I was taking another ride I noticed that ola had deducted the money from ola money as well. When the driver's app showed the amount pending and when we paid it to the driver Hiw can ola deduct money from account. This is a way of looking customers as many will not keep tracking ola money all the time. I contacted ola customer care and the guy didn't give the information properly, he said that I will receive the ola money back within two days. It's been a week already and I haven't received anythig. The app is pathetic and there is no way I can contact customer care from there. Was this information helpful? | |||||
