Yesterday I booked an OLA cab on sharing from gurudusaray road Kolkata to howarah railway station. The cab driver intimated me that I should check with OLA customer care because I have to take the ride and pay RS 483 which are very exorbitant and had I booked a full taxi the rates at that time should never exceed RS 200 for the entire ride. I called OLA customer care, who intimated that she can't do anything in the matter and refused to even lodge a complaint or talk to their superiors. My advice to all, never book an OLA cab because lately they are resorting to malafied business tactics. Was this information helpful? | |||
