Beware of olacabs and ola money!!! Had a terrible experience today with ola cab and ola money. had booked a ride for my parents to the delhi airport on 1/10/16.. the driver (prince: white amaze dl1rta5294) charged the full amount rs 488 from my father and at the same time the amount present in my ola money account (rs 425) also got deducted. i called up their support centre and the lady bluntly told that it was my fault and the money cannot be refunded. i asked her to transfer to her superior and some mr. sherriff also did not listen to me. i made conference call with my father who was in airport at that time and he told the whole thing to him. sheriff took the driver on concall and the driver bluntly refused that my father paid rs 500 to him. he said that he paid rs 100 only. mr sheriff instead to listening to us put all the blame on us was still adamant that it was our fault. my father doesn’t have android and thus he cannot check if any money was deducted or not. nor did i receive any message that the money was deducted from my ola money account. the thing which is irritating is how the concerned person (mr. sheriff) behaved. instead of helping us out and refunding the money he put all the blame on us. please beware of these farud ola people and their drivers.
