Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — clear case of loot | |||
I was charged twice for a single ride. Through ola postpaid and cash also. When i booked my ola ride in early days of September, i waited for 20-25 minutes to get a cab. Finally i got one. As usual, always, i selected Ola money. When the driver arrived at my pick up point, he denied saying he would only accept cash, and not through the wallets. As already i waited for almost 30 minutes, i did not want to cancel it and rebook. So, i called ola customer care and explained them the same story. One gentleman from the Ola customer care, asked me to call back and inform once the ride is completed. I paid the ola driver in full cash and called the customercare as suggested by the gentleman. He said, we would process your refund in 48 hours. I waited and waited. In return i was asked to pay the ola postpay, and every week, the interest amount is getting increased. On enquiring the customer care, they understand the issue and promised me that the issue would be solved in 24 hours. And everyday, I get a reminder of the payment to be made. They trust their drivers more than they do the passengers. I would never go for post pay. Please help me in this issue. This is the second time I'm facing such issue. First time I did not compliant and paid the balance. Second time, I called them and they agree that the call records are available but still I am being asked to pay Was this information helpful? | |||
