Dear Ola Team, This is regarding the completely dissatisfied customer service by Ola. I tried explaining the complete matter to Mr. Abhay (support executive) over the call and he couldn't raise a simple complaint in the system. Ride - 24th July Outstation return - Delhi - Rohtak - Delhi Time - 12 noon - 7 pm I have 3 questions where I believe I have been over charged and seek a refund. 1. Given the KM reading by the driver and google maps, the travel journey comes out to be 137 KMs whereas I have been charged for 164 KMs. I had to pay extra for 27 Kms (INR 27*9). Please explain the situation here ? 2. The driver towards the end of the ride asked for INR 300 as toll which he has paid for the complete year. I don't understand why a customer should pay for something which was never paid during the ride. (We paid INR 2221 instead of INR 1921). Please explain why we were asked for this extra. We had to pay to avoid any argument in this time of Covid for quick closure Abhay has continuously denied the above 2 points. According to him, google maps for him shows 164 KM and toll tax is something b/w customer and driver. So everything is fine as per him and hence he didn't note a single complaint.
