Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — complaint about service | |||
I am a frequent user of ola cabs. Till dated 23rd of jan. I was very satisfied. On 23rd jan i booked a cab for my laptop olacab to pick me up from my residence 360 sindh colony, pune to pune airport. Normally i pay about rs.260. But that day i was sent a driver who was not familiar with pune. He put on gsp and was playing with it. Ultimately he dropped at the airport after about 50 minutes against 25 minutes required in the morning. He took us through a route unknown to us. Finally i had to pay rs. 460. I feel the driver was not an authorized driver of ola. Kindly look into the matter. Pl. Keep the good reputation of ola.
