Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Complaint Against Ola - Overcharging by Driver and Improper Fare Adjustment

I booked an Ola ride on 5nov from Indira Gandhi T1 to New Delhi railway station .The estimated fare shown on the app was ₹501, but the driver overcharged me and the final fare was ₹1995], which was much higher than what was displayed before booking.

I raised the issue through the Ola app and customer support but did not receive any satisfactory response or refund. This is clear overcharging and misleading pricing practice.

I request a full refund of the excess amount charged and strict action against the driver and Ola for unfair trade practices.
