Dear Greivance Team, I am raising a formal complaint regarding my Ola S1 X Plus (VIN: P53BADCA3CMA05007), purchased on 26th December 2023 (Invoice No. RJ[protected]. Along with the vehicle, I also purchased your Extended Comprehensive Warranty Plan (Invoice No. RJ38078820, dated 27th December 2023) covering the scooter, charger, and other major components. The warranty is valid from 18th January 2027 to 17th January 2029, but the vehicle is still well within the original manufacturer warranty period and has run under 1, 500 km. Key Concerns: 1. The charger became non-functional early on. 2. The handle got locked, rendering the vehicle unusable. Despite the vehicle being parked 100 meters from the Ola service center, your team refused to inspect it, citing unavailability of technicians. Roadside assistance demanded ₹3, 500 for pickup, so I arranged transport at my own cost. On arrival at the service center, no work was done on the vehicle. Mr. Amit from the workshop clearly stated they have internal instructions not to work on my vehicle and that the warranty has been denied. No official report of warranty rejection or failure has been shared, nor has any technical diagnosis report been provided. Ola team has completely refused to give any further updates or information regarding the vehicle, which has now been lying unattended since[protected]. This is a clear breach of warranty, lack of transparency, and extremely poor customer service, especially when an extended comprehensive warranty has already been purchased. I demand the following: 1. Immediate servicing of the vehicle under warranty. 2. Compensation for the delay, negligence, and inconvenience caused. 3.
