Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — delay in reaching destination | |
Today I booked an OLA from Dombivli to Jupiter Hospital, Thane at 2:15 pm. I was assigned car number MH-47-N-5459, driver Nilesh Ashok Wagh. I had a doctor's appointment for radiation at 3:30 pm. It is 4:20 pm and I am still in the OLA cab. The driver took us to the petrol pump to fill fuel. There was a big line, as a result of which, we had to wait for quite sometime. I will miss my treatment today and will have to suffer till the next appointment.. This is totally unprofessional on the part of OLA. Was this information helpful? | |
