Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — didn't complete the trip and dropped lady passengers midway | |
Crn#[protected] - incident happened at coimbatore yesterday on the 13th feb, booked an ola cab for my relatives (Both ladies) from ktvr hospital to their home (Periyanaickenpalayam). First time at 6:24pm the fare showed 234.. The driver called asking for the drop location and he canceled the cab. Booked another cab few minutes at 6:33pm later the fare changed to 315. He picked them up after about 10mins... The driver didn't drop them home and asked them to get off the vehicle before the drop point... Also being rude to the passengers... When contacted ola... As usual their customer care which is people unfriendly said we have taken a complaint and nothing can be done regarding the fare... Crn#[protected] - another instance in bangalore on jan 21st where the driver collected cash of 1369 from the passengers after knowing the ride was prepaid. Ola customer care said driver hasn't taken any cash and closed the matter. Gave a written complaint at byappanahalli police station... Soon after which the driver through the ola company refunded the amount. Clearly offlate the ola customer care doesn't give a damn to our queries...
