Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — double charge once through upi and cash

I was charged twice for a trip once by upi and cash. Now even after providing all relevant documents like bank statement, transaction message and letter from my confirming that beneficiary has received money. Still ola people keep denying to refund states i never paid them which is not true. Now i have been chasing them but not getting resolution

He then agreed there is upi transaction but he kept denying that ola has not received any amount from me.

I am sending you this email to just keep you updated and also attaching latest statement of my account showing i did not receive any refund yet.
