Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Double charged - Driver collected money in cash and Ola deducted from Ola Money as well | |||||
I took this ride CRN[protected] on Saturday, 22nd April - Pune to Mumbai by Ola outstation. I reached destination on time but driver was not able to end trip due to issue in Ola app. I paid him cash of Rs. 2171. Later on I received invoice which deducted my Ola money as well of Rs. 2630 + cash Rs. 502 = Rs. 3132. I tried calling driver multiple times but he is not picking up my call. I have raised complaint on Ola help line and support center but no resolution yet. I should get refund of Rs. 2630 as I have already paid driver cash of Rs. 2171. Same problem happened twice with me..cash paid + ola money swiped off.. Amount though leas than urs.. Till now its not been refunded..
