Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Double payment to the driver | |||
I booked cab (CRN [protected]) on 24th Jan 2021 for my father from stargate to Pimple Gurav. Before my father reached home I made a payment of Rs, 172.00 vai google pay. But the driver Mr. Shivsharnappa Babeshett told me that he has not received the money. Further as he was to take another trip with his consent I paid Rs. 172.00 cash. Latter when I noticed that online payment is confirmed I called him and informed accordingly. He agreed to pay the money via online payment. So I kept on waiting. But till date he has not returned the money. Kindly Look into the matter & do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
