Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver asked to cancel trip and pay money | |||
Hi, i am john nirmal i booked can today morning at 7:39am driver nagaraj crn[protected] asked me whether it is ola money or cash later he reached location and asked me to cancel trip and pay money. I denied he cancelled booking this is poor service and unethical way of handling customer. I am late to meeting i need this to be escalated and driver needs to be suspended. Provide me complaint number and action taken. When customers cancel trip cancellation is charged why same action is not taken when driver comes to location and cancels trip for unethical way of asking money from customers.
