Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver cancelled the ride after taking pickup | |||
!! This message is for awareness!! Oftenly, for official purpose i have to travel & i prefer ola but now i want to highlight the experience of ola ride happened on 25th april 2018. On 25th april 2018, i have to reach early to my destination so i scheduled the ride on the morning time around 7:45am to avoid the traiifc & unavailability. As scheduled, i received the notification with driver details. He called me and took follow up on how he will come to pickup point. He came 15 min late may be because of address was new. I keep quit, smiled and started the ride. Within 5-10 seconds he asked how you make payment, i told through ola money. He said there is issue on my app and not accepting the otp. I said sir, i have not kept cash with me and already i am having sufficient amount in ola money. In middle of discussion, i agreed and said i will pay start the car as i am getting late. But i said, i will talk (Complaint) with ola customercare about the scenario and behaviour. Then also he was not even listening continue to debate and finally said, "i am cancelling the trip as you are not paying me by cash" & he did it. Really strange behaviour by cab driver where strict action need by ola team & need to make sure this will not repeat with any other customer. I am not sure but i understood that his intention to take the whole cash without paying to ola. (Sorry for my bad english) Was this information helpful? | |||
