Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver cheated and collected cash while the same amount got deducted from ola money | |||||
I booked ola cab from kolkata airport to sonarpur station via ola counter. After reaching to the destination he asked fr cash. We had a lot of luggage so couldn't check mobile fr payment. We paid him 780 while the amount was 764rs. He started arguing that he needs more money, we refused to give. After reaching home when i checked my mobile i saw 764 got deducted from ola money. I registered complaint in ola, now they are refusing. I called the driver hr picked up the call, upon knowing that it's me he disconnected the call and now he is not receiving my call. If he is saying the truth then why is he not receiving my calls? 764rs is not a small amount. I want my money back. Why will i pay twice? Please unblock my account. I have not missused ola. I cancelled my ride as driver told me to cancel. Because his car was not working due to some technical problem
