Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver kept the extra amount/ no help from ola support | |||||
I booked the cab from dwarka sec 7 to terminal 3 igi airport i had to collect the ticket from the counter so i was in hurry i gave him 1000 rupees (2 notes of 500) told him to wait, i will get back and take the change from him, but when i got back he was not there, the bill was of 469, he took 531 extra i contacted ola support, since there is no number mentioned in the app, i was trying to register online but that didnt help, there is no customer care no mentioned online i was trying to contact finally i got the head office no of ola, i contacted customer care and they said they will not be able to help since its been more than 3 days of the incident my issue is: *they donot show the contact no of the driver once the ride is complete *they donot have customer care no on the app and not even on google *they do have a support option but once u enter your complaint it doesnot work, i mean no enter/done/register /complain option once u right about the issue its a big struggle *and when u contact them after so much struggle its already 3 days passed and they wont listen to you I need my money back and a lesson to ola, how to deal with the customer This is my driver and trip detail Mehtab Crn:[protected] White swift desire Attaching invoice and the screenshot Was this information helpful? | |||||

I was charged 50 rs as a cancellation fees by ola. today on 18 sep. ola cancel my ride from their end.i want to register complaint that why ola should not be fined to cancel the ride, when it can take money from customers for cancellation customer also expect the same in return from ola. this is not the first time that ola has cancel my ride.
