I booked the cab in choice for ride later and got booking no CRN[protected]. I got message at 6:15 pm on 14/10/2016 that Mr. Shubham Pal is reaching to start point with vehicle no up70ET0806. At my home he refused to go to cheoki railway station and told my brother that I will not go with ola charges and I will take Rs. 500 to that point and soon after I got message for cancellation of trip. At last time my brother forced to pay higher charge and the said driver is cheating to customers and agency. Was this information helpful? | |||||
