On 10th early morning, i booked ola can from my room to hyderabad airport for my parents but the driver took cash 545 as well as ola money was there. Driver name :surender Mini white xcent Driver number: [protected] I have raised complain in ola but they said that driver denied of taking money. Peak pricing not showing before booking confirmation.Due to this actual fare shown before booking was less.Once ride completed bill amount only showing with out split up or description.Only from invoice we received in mail can see bill split up.This is very bad and your cheating us with out mentioning peak pricing before booking confirmation.

now on 04 sep 18 I booked ride in jaipur.it was cancelled I again booked and after reaching at destination it charged me RS 100 extra cancellation charges.I called for complain to their support cell but no solution.
