Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver took extra cash | |||||
This is in reference to my OLA share ride of 16th December. The driver collected extra cash of Rs 100 saying that there was no petrol and the cab can not go. Promised to refund it that day itself. Also, money was deducted from my ola money . When I tried to contact, his number is not reachable anymore. The name of the drive is Magesh K. OSN:[protected] I have complained twice already in OLA support but no response. Take necessary actions against the driver and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
