Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — drivers are hopeless | |||||
Ola Cab Drivers are Pathetic. They don’t know how to talk to women. My family member was trying book a old cab today evening. It was not even 10mins last the booking time and driver called in and said how long should I wait for you it’s been more than 10mins waiting for now. While on the app it was showing it’ll take more 4 mins for driver to reach the destination. While the location was rightly marked, driver was not at the destination, he was somewhere about 1.5kms away from the destination marked and demanded to come to where he is. Further he said go ahead and complain to Ola Customer Service, they can’t do anything. I’m cancelling the cab do what you want and he left. Situation: we need can to reach the railways station in time. Who will answer if we miss the train because of services like this? On the other hand: Ola doesn’t give any support no in particular to this issues. They only have one no which doesn’t even connect and that is there for “safety” related issues. Dear Ola, you’re not god or parents or police so we go to you when there is a safety issue. We will directly approach Police so stop being over protective towards customers and work on setting right the drivers behaviour. I’m gonna lodge a police complain if I don’t see a formal apology as I’ve written a compliant to Ola via so called “notify” option. God knows how helpful it is in cases like this.
