Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — drivers cancelled booking 4 times today from airport | |||
I came by indigo flight from jaipur around 10.45 pm and came straight to the ola cab center for booking for a ride to my home. Four times the booking was confirmed but the drivers cancelled the pick up. When we cancel a ride you charge a fine and collect the money but what is the cost of inconvenience caused to the customer due to the driver cancelling the ride and how would you compensate the customer. I am a senior citizen and i had to wait till 12 midnight to get my ride. The whole thing is getting very unprofessional and causing hardship to the customer.
