Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Erroneous invoicing and excess payment made is not refunded | |||||
Ola had overcharged for one of my outstation visit by rs. 2450/-.in the first invoice they charged wildly high at rs. 6294/-, since i was in a hurry, i paid it. Later, when approached, via mails, a fresh invoice was issued for rs. 3844/- and stated that i paid for the first invoice rs. 5796/-. And hence, rs. 1952/- was refunded via ola money. Remaining rs. 498/- was never refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
