Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Excess fare charged from estimated fare | |
Hi Team, I Kumar Nilabh booked a service provided by Ola Cabs from Old Delhi Railway station to my home(Uttam Nagar). And the estimated fare is ₹211 so I booked the taxi while my ride is completed my total fare come ₹360. I don't know how they mis guide people by showing different fare and generated different fare. Actually my cousin sister facing same issue the estimated fare showing ₹276 but actual bill is ₹325. I want to file a complaint against Ola cabs for doing this type of frauds.
