Hi Team, My issue is not resolved and my ticket marked as close with remarks that we don't understand ur concern. Even did not receive any call back from Ola. I have called so many times and told all the concern to ur customer care executive, if she was not able to mention all the details in remarks so where is the gap. Now my first concern is, if I select my exact drop location then why I have charged extra 73km i.e 730 this was my second ride from same destination to drop destination then why I have charged extra. Another issue is about toll tax charges, as we know there is no hike in toll taxes then why I charged just double 805/- in place of 415/-. I have paid the amount through Paytm and I m attaching the screenshots of the payment. It seems like fraud. Fraud driver, worthless executive. I m waiting for my money back since 1-December. It's very disappointed. Pls team, resolve the both issue and return my money back. Price was same at the booking time of my 2 rides but second time, why extra charges has been charged by you.
