Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Fare increase charges without knowing - ola cab booking | |||
Dear Support Team, This is with reference to ticket no 33704921. We would like to inform you that you have charged Rs. 366.00 for fare increase, which is unjustifiable. We had booked Micro Cab at 7.00 PM with normal booking (base fare Rs. 55.00 and Rs. 6.00 PKM). As per customer support team excess charges due to CAB on Demand “Fare Increase”. We would like to inform you that we were not hurry for ride and there was no intimation / alert / messages on app or SMS for “Fare Increase” on demand. We are regularly visit at Ulhasnagar to meet parents and never faced this kind of problem. We are very frequent rider of OLA, which you can verify with my entire ride details. Please note due to this type of issue will loose your loyal customer, also we will share our experience on social media. Requesting you to please credit back my amount Rs. 366.00 on OLA money.
