Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fare was too high | |||
Its regarding my booking on 15th feb.. Driver charged rs 890.. But the expected charge which is shown before booking was 250.. Completing the ride the fare shown 890. I contacted customer support several times but invain.. Once a customer executive told me on 11th march that will receive 498 rs returned money.. But till date i did not get any money back.. I also registered my mail id and updated ola money too.. Still dint get any satisfactory answer neither get my money back. Is it the system to make a customer fool. Ola is a renowned company still its making profit to get unexpected charges from customer.. Its more than one month of my issue.. If its not resolve than i have to take legal action against ola.. I have no due amount. But Ola app saw some due amount. This is driver mikteck not my mistake. Please clear my due amount
