Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Fees wrongly charged

I am continously sending emails. i have been charged an amount of 1337 for a cab i have not taken. this amount is showing in my postpaid bill but no ride is showing in my rides. I am unable to get through any contact number or no revert on email. and i am being charged late fees. how can i blindly make payment for wrong charges? why is there no revert from ola? why is there no customer service department?

The same has been done to me. I had taken a ride of INR 322/- only. But they are showing an outstanding amount of INR 1227/- in my Ola money postpaid bill, an additional bill of INR 644/- which I never incurred and asking for late fees. I had lodged several complaints with them through calls, emails and social media but all in vain. Nobody cared to resolve my problem. This is a fraud company. Should be shut down with the immediate effect
