Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fraud charges, fraud company | |||||
Crn[protected]. I booked ola cab for airport drop. The total charge for the ride came rs.1107. I already selected pay by cash model. However the fraud driver took rs.1200 in cash and also deducted rs. 267 which was in my ola money. How did ola allowed the driver to charge my wallet without my permission. I tried to complain, the ola company is simply dislaying the message that it’s not their responsibility if i have paid extra to the driver. They are allowing this fraud to happen.
