Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fraud debit card transaction towards ola cabs

Hi,

My sister-in-law became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person
Pretended to be a bank person made following fraudulent
Transactions with my sister-in-law debit card details.

1. Inr rs. 29, 997/- from sbi saving bank account
Today (17/04/2019), towards a fraud purchase on by debit card
Www olacabs com on 17/04/2019 around 08:03 am
And the sbi card used is 510372xxxxxx2385.

Total fraud deduction = 9, 999 rs x 3 times= inr 29, 997/-.

I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money
Back to the original bank account.

The phone no from which call came is: [protected] & [protected]

Name on the account holder: sunita
Transaction date and time: 17/04/2019 at 08:05 am
Amount: rs. 9, 999/- for 3 times.
Card number (First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card): 510372xxxxxx2385.
Bank name: state bank of india, kolhar branch
Branch details: branchcode - 2224
I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
