Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fraud money transaction from account | |
Hi I am manjeet singh became a victim ofva fraud transaction happened yesterday in my savings account of punjab national bank. I received a call from a person woth mobile number - asking to complete kyc on my account to keep the account active otherwise it will be deactivated for same reason. He asked me some details of my card and also sent a 6 digit otp on my registered mobiles number soon, after i dictate the otp to the persin i received a mesaage saying my account is debited for rs 9999/-. Immediately, i called the customer care to block my card. After investigating the transaction i came to know that it took place at olacabs.com. I already lodged a fir for this fraud but i urge thw consumer complaints to help me in investigating the same and guide me forbthe further actions. I am not surr on how to reach the merchant ola cabs to kmow. More about this issue. Please suggest. Thank you Manjeet singh Was this information helpful? | |
