Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Fraudulent cancellation charges | |||
I booked a prime cab on thursday, 8 Sept 2016, around 3 pm from my office in central Mumbai. Almost immediately afted booking I received a message fro. Ola that I had been uograded and now an SUV will pick me up. The Ola app provided the uograded car's details and driver's phone number. The driver being new to the area, I guided him to the pick up point which took a while.After we started from the pick up point, some 10 minutes after booking, I received a phone call from some other driver. I told him I was already in the cab Ola had sent. Then I received an sms from Ola that I will have to pay cancellatio charges. I call this fraudulent. Was this information helpful? | |||
