Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — harassment and mental torture by ola customer care representatives | |
Hi I am mozammil hasan using ola cabs from last 4-5years. I last booked ola around 10 days back. While booking my return trip ur driver partners were not accepting ola money ride. Here in dhanbad none of the drivers of ola accept ola money. So i had to cancel 2 rides that day. And immediately after that it showed me that my ola account is blocked. I thought it will be unblocked in 24 hrs. But till date it has not been unblocked even after my several complaints whose no. Are mentioned below. Instead yesterday i got a message that my account has been blocked permanently for violating ola terms. I have no issue in that. You just let me know what violations i have done if any. On seeing ur ola app i got to know what permanently blocked means and it’s screen shot is enclosed below. Therefore for damaging my personal image i am going it take legal action against the company.
