Updated by SAK1806 On Date 25.09.2021 I was book ride for taking me and my wife to Hospital by selecting card payment mode on Ola cab application. But at the time of boarding in cab, driver force me to pay in cash or Google pay by saying that company takes 2 to 3 days to pay him, so in a good faith I paid by Google pay directly to driver after completing my ride but in my Ola app account said payment is sowing pending. I try to raised issue in app but I am not found any contact modes to raised the same.

So please looking to it and resolve the same as early as possible as I am not able to book cab as app asking me to pay dues before hire cab for new trip
