On 13.08.17 I booked a ride from Salt Lake to Lake Gardens with a discount code. The estimated fare with 50/- discount showed 191/-
Once the ride was over, I was charged 250/- & no discount was applied.
On complaining to Ola about the same, I was said I never applied any discount code at the time of booking the cab.
This is simply cheating it's customers.
If I never applied the discount code, then how did the app show me the estimated fare to be 191/- including 50/- discount?
This is not the first time Ola is cheating people.
It has a policy of charging 25/- i[censored] cancel a ride 5 mnts before arrival. So to earn that extra 25/- what Ola does is, even if the cab is 25 mnts away, keeps showing 5 mnts. There have been times I have waited for more than 25 mnts for a cab where the app kept on showing 4-5 mnts.

Today ola money was deducted Transaction ID [protected] and [protected].I haven't made any such transactions.The ola app is showing that I made transaction for mobile recharge, but I haveent made any transaction

Dear sir/mam Pls consider this ccomplait...i am the regular customer to ola cab. I had booked ola cab from juinagar to vashi car No MH 01 CJ 5557. Nevigation was showing 15 to 20 min from pickup point. Driver was called me and taken otp no. After 5 min he has cancelled the ride and i charged rs 65.
