Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — issue in cancellation charges | |
I booked ola mini today at around 5 pm for star bazaar from pratham vatika bopal-ghuma. It was shown in my mobile app that the cab has arrived. But it did not. I called the driver but there was no response. I contacted ola support. I was told on the app to wait for a while and then cancel. Yet i did not cancel. Finally it was automatically cancelled. After a while i received an sms from ola that i am charged rs. 30 as cancellation charges. Neither i have cancelled nor the cab came to my pickup. Please take appropriate actions.
