I purchased 1 kg chicken lollipops from star bazar thane west Ghodbunder Road which are stale and stinking in the pack. The salesman said those are freshlh marinated and will last for 4/5 days but they are not at all eatable for same day.

    I have purchased shopping bag - 5qty Mrp 49 rs, but after coming home when I checked bill 5qty they charged *150 rs* instead of 49rs.

    Please find attached screenshot both product 49 rs MRP and Bill mentioned 150rs.

    For 1 customer if they are looting 100 rs extra like this, for 100 customers they loot 10, 000 rs.
    for 10, 000 customers they loot 1000000 rs.. this is just example, may be they are doing some other ways fraud.

    Kindly please do needful on this.

      This is to bring to your notice that Star bazar gives preferences to know customers who instead of waiting in line to make the payment get in between and demand and lie saying that they had informed and had asked the billing lady to allow him to enter in between to make the payment.

      One man purchased vegetables and did the billing and told the lady on the counter that he forgot something and will bring and asked her to hold on. Instead he went and brought a cart full of groceries and asked his wife to enter in between the line when other customers were waiting in queue already and wanted to get his billing done. He went and complained incorrectly about the girl on the billing counter lying that he had told her to wait but that girl told me that he told her he will get one product and brought cart full of groceries and was demanding to make his bill first.

      When I told him that he should be standing in line and pay after me as I was waiting in the line before he came he moved back. The manager send a male on the billing counter who was rude.

      I want to know why Star bazar gives special treatment to know customers. If this so then open a special counter for your special customers. Pathetic service provider and pathetic manager and billing counter people.

          I had a two frequent visits to the Star Bazaar of Wagholi Branch of Pune which is ahead of Kesnand Phata and while on first visit for shopping at the store I have observed that the billing price is around ₹ 70/- more than the MRP of the product and this is not only in 1 product, the same has been observed in 2-3 products and when I checked and informed to Billing person they request me to cancel the product and they will rectify in there system. Then yesterday I again visited and now what I observed the same, In fact the same has been done in 1-2 more products I didn't believe if the person didn't check the pricing he could suffer a money loss. This is really a careless behavior of the store manager and the billing person who didn't pay attention

            Very bad experience with the Star Bazaar, Nallasopara west branch in Mumbai. Many of the time i have noticed Discount displayed near the products are not charged in the bill, there will be mismatch and we have noticed almost 2 to 3 times and have complained to the manager in charge also but they always say it will be rectified but same is repeating and while saying price problem the billing worker lady was talking rudely with me.
            Today i purchased almond roasted salted packet of 250gms in display it was showing ₹189 but while billing they charged me ₹195

            When a customer purchase products in bulk he cant check each item whether he correctly billed, customer will not look into the bill of each product, so indirectly this people are fooling customer. Customers pls be alert and check the bill once before you leave.

                Few days ago, I purchased 3 doormats from star bazaar near Chhatrapati Chowk wakad Pune and quality of the product is very poor. After one wash, threads are all over the place and must need to throw them in a dustbin, even before washing, when I directly used them, threads were getting attached to our feets. I had good experience with star bazaar and quality products, but I must say this time it's not the same. Quality of the product is really bad.

                  I made a Purchase at Star Bazaar Market on 15th March 2023, when I made a payment the amount has deducted from my bank account but the staff said that It will refund in 2 days and they gave me a store manager what's app number for follow up and I messaged him but there is no reply from side.                     Fooling consumer with display amount and billing amount

                    Very bad experience with the Star Bazaar, Chikoowadi Borivali branch in Mumbai. Many of the time i have noticed Discount displayed near the products are not charged in the bill, there will be mismatch and we have noticed almost 4 to 5 times and have complained to the manager in charge also but they always say it will be rectified but same is repeating.
                    Today i purchased Britannia cheese cube 200gms in display it was showing ₹149...

                        Staff needs to be more trained regarding weight tare for vegetables and fruits.
                        Same products scanned twiced to pay whay customers needs to cross check always bill details after standing in a long queue and go by by 10pm again to get back your money.

                          Myself and my husband went to star bazaar Kondapur, Hyderabad on last Saturday. While I was taking the fruits, some oil packets fell down on the floor suddenly at my back side and my sandal and palazzo got soaked in oil completely. I asked for tissue paper to your staff, she didn't provide any tissue paper and asked me to go to washroom which is on upper floor. I went there in slippery sandal which was completely risky to climb the stairs since my feet was completely soaked in oil and it could make me slip in the stairs. However, I went in that way and didn't find any tissue paper in the washroom. Again I had to come back to the lower floor in same way. Then I complained to your staff and then they gave me tissue paper. I asked your staff that I want to complain to the manager and he made me to talk to Mr. Naveen Reddy over the phone. I have told him that my dress and sandal has been damaged. He said that he is going to send mail to the concerned department copying me by end of Saturday and will see what can be done. I have not received any email or update from him till now.

                          The oil has damaged my palazzo and sandal (which was new) as it got soaked in so much of oil. I want you to compensate for this. Why your staff could not arrange simple tissue paper and sent me to upper floor when my feet was completely soaked in oil. How the oil is kept is such a way that it falls down on the customer and after that you simply ignore the harassment happened to the customer.

                            This is with regard to multiple incidents faced on which happened to be on Star Bazar Gunjur, Bangalore - 87. There is a lady does promotional sales for Licious products.
                            Every passer by she, keep asking for selling the product. I am a regular customer and goes to the supermarket once a week once.

                            Around 20-21 Nov 2022, I went to super market, then the licious lady came to approached and asked for her product. I politely told no and not interested and when I was going forward, she was taunting from back are you vegetarian. That made me upset, how come some one pass comments anyones food habits just to sell product. Anyone might not be interested, that does not mean she will pass comments.

                            Then last Sunday, 27th Nov 2022 I went for my weekly need to the super market, again the lady came up to me and asked me, I said no, initially she left. Then after few minutes she again approached me and then asking me that I am vegetarian, that she takes chicken and mutton. That offended me and for that I am feeling harassed and I am reaching out so that appropriate action is taken.

                            This is making me feel that should I go to super market as I am feeling harassed. Why would anyone speak of some ones personal food habits and if some one has told no after she approached then it should end there, it should be anyone doing side comments.

                            With regard to multiple incidents happening, I have approached so that needly relief be given. Request to kindly consider this as a complaint.

                            Please acknowledge the receipt of the complaint and request to take necessary action and intimate me accordingly.

                              We are facing issues in Star Bazaar, ISRO Layout bangalore, majority of the time, Discount displayed near the products are not charged in the bill, there will be mismatch and we have noticed almost 2 to 3 times and have complained to the manager in charge also but they always say it will be rectified but same is repeating.

                              When a customer purchase product more than 20 items, we cant check each item whether correctly billed, today also faced same issue.
                              ex -Mammy pocko on display it was 824 Rs but in Bill it came as 899 Rs, after speaking to manager got refund but as said every time all customer will not look into the bill of each product, hence strict action to be taken on the same.

                                आदरणीय महोदय,
                                मी नवी सांगवी येथील रहिवासी असून दिनांक 28 सप्टेंबर 2022 रोजी कृष्णा चौक, नवी सांगवी, पुणे येथील स्टार बाजार मध्ये किराणा सामान व फळभाज्या खरेदी करण्यासाठी मी सायंकाळी 8.00 च्या दरम्यान सामान खरेदी करण्यासाठी गेलो होतो. मी माझी गाडी ही स्टार बाजार समोरील जागेत उभी केली होती .सदरची दुचाकी ही त्या ठिकाणी असणाऱ्या सुरक्षारक्षकाच्या समोर उभी केली होती. त्या ठिकाणी इतरही पार्किंगमध्ये गाड्या होत्या किंवा याठिकाणी गाड्या लावू नये असा दर्शनी भागावर कोणताही फलक स्टार बाजार यांनी लावलेला नव्हता.

                                किराणा मालाची खरेदी केल्यानंतर खरेदीचे बिल दिल्यानंतर साधारणपणे सायंकाळी 8.30 वाजता किराणामाल घेऊन आणि स्टार बाजार च्या बाहेर आल्यानंतर सदर ठिकाणी माझी दुचाकी वाहन निदर्शनास आले नाही. त्यामुळे मी संबंधित सुरक्षारक्षकाला विचारले असता त्यांनी सांगितले की आपले वाहन वाहतूक पोलिसांनी उचलून नेले आहे. त्यावेळी मी त्यांना विचारले की आपण मला त्या ठिकाणी वाहन लावण्यासाठी सांगितले नाही .ज्यावेळेस आम्ही खरेदी करण्यासाठी स्टार बाजार मध्ये जात होतो त्या वेळेस आपण समक्ष त्या ठिकाणी होता. आपण सांगणे उचित होते की सदरच्या ठिकाणी पार्किंगची व्यवस्था नाही .
                                आपण दुसऱ्या ठिकाणी वाहन लावा परंतु त्यांनी याबाबत कोणतीही आम्हाला सूचना केली नाही किंवा आम्ही ज्या ठिकाणी गाडी लावली होती ती गाडी रोड सोडून स्टार बाजार च्या समोर लावली होती.
                                स्टार बाजार मध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणावर ग्राहक हे किराणामाल खरेदी करण्यासाठी येत असतात त्यामुळे त्या ठिकाणी वाहनांची मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वर्दळ होते .परंतु स्टार बाजारच्या व्यवस्थापनाने सदरच्या वाहनांची कुठलीही व्यवस्था न करता मनमानी पद्धतीने ग्राहकांची लूट करतात व त्यांना सोयीसुविधा उपलब्ध करून देत नाही ही वस्तुस्थिती आहे.यास्तव आम्ही संबंधित स्टार बाजार मधील कर्मचाऱ्याला याबाबत विचारणा केली असता आमचे या ठिकाणी पार्किंग नाही असे त्यांनी सांगून अरेरावीची भाषा वापरली, जी संयुक्तिक नाही व ग्राहकाच्या दृष्टीने अव्यवहार्य आहे.
                                स्टार बाजार हा व्यवसाय करत असून व्यवसाय करत असून त्यांनी त्यांच्या व्यवसायासाठी लागणाऱ्या आवश्यक सोयीसुविधा ह्या ग्राहकांना निर्माण करून देणे हे गरजेचे आहे .परंतु स्टार बाजार याबाबत ग्राहकांच्या वाहनासाठी कोणतीही सुविधा न करता वाहतुकीच्या रस्त्याला अडथळा निर्माण करतील अशी कृती करत आहेत. त्यामुळे संबंधित स्टार बाजाराच्या व्यवस्थापनावर पोलिस प्रशासनाने कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करणे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे .
                                वाहतूक पोलीस प्रशासन ही त्यांची जबाबदारी पार पाडत असून सायंकाळी च्या दरम्यान कृष्णा चौकामध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वाहतूक कोंडी होत आहे .त्यामुळे पोलीस कर्मचाऱ्यावर मोठ्या प्रमाणावर मानसिक ताण तणाव निर्माण होत आहे .यासाठी संबंधित दुकानदारांनी पोलीस प्रशासनास सहकार्य करणे गरजेचे आहे .परंतु मोठ्या प्रमाणावर व अव्यवहार्य असे आहे त्यामुळे स्टार प्रशासनाकडून कृष्णा चौक या ठिकाणी होणाऱ्या वाहतुकीच्या कोंडीत बद्दल त्यांच्यावर पोलिस प्रशासनाने कठोरात कठोर दंडात्मक कार्यवाही करावी .
                                आपणास विनंती करीत आहोत सदरचे माझी दुचाकी वाहन पोलीस प्रशासनाने उचलून दिल्यामुळे मी स्टार बाजार मधील खरेदी केलेला किराणामाल त्या ठिकाणी सोडून दिला व त्याचे बिल स्टार बाजारला अदा केलेले आहे. परंतु स्टार बाजार या बाबतीत कोणतीही योग्य ती कार्यवाही केलेली नाही ही वस्तुस्थिती आहे. मी खरेदी केल्याच्या मालाचे Rs.5383.00 पैसे हे स्टार बाजार कडे आहेत. सदरचा माल मी घेऊन गेलो नाही .
                                त्यामुळे स्टार प्रशासनाच्या प्रशासनाविरुद्ध पोलिस प्रशासनाने कठोरात कठोर पावले उचलावीत ही आमची पोलीस प्रशासनास विनंती आहे .पोलीस प्रशासनावर वाहतुकीचा मोठा ताण असून त्यांना यामुळे मोठा मानसिक त्रास होतो हे आम्हा नागरिकांना माहिती अज्ञात आहे. त्यामुळे सर्वांनी पोलिस प्रशासनाला सहकार्य करणे गरजेचे आहे .परंतु स्टार बाजार सारख्या नाठाळ व्यावसायिकांवर प्रशासनाने कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करावी ही प्रशासनास आमची नम्र विनंती आहे.

                                  I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the recent experience at Zudio yeowlekar mala, Nasik. They charged us twice for items worth 1004. Then they denied us from taking our products home.
                                  They said they will sort out the payment issue with star bazar merchant. As we made payment from UPI. We have been taking follow up since 7th August with no luck.
                                  I need my money back asap.

                                    I am a regular customer of Star Bazaar. Today purchased groceries, zudio items, sky bag. Had to stand 40 min to get to the billing counter on reaching that the billing executive told me that he cannot bill the zudio items. After billing grocery i had to reach Zudio counter the line was very big & had to stand in the queue for 50 min, there he says Sky bag cannot be billed. just imagine after standing for 1.5 hrs it was horrible.

                                    The store manager is a timid coward useless person he didn't even mind visiting & address the issue.

                                      We are a pure vegetarian household and I had ordered for curd among other things. Instead of curd, the company delivered chicken all packed up. I mean how can they not differentiate between curd and chicken? That is highly offensive and has caused immense dissatisfaction. I would never recommend anyone to order from star bazaar. Orders are delivered so haphazardly and not segregated and packed by properly. They should be ashamed of their system where they can’t even send only vegetarian things to strictly vegetarian customers.
