However OLA on its own upgraded to MINI and levied extra charges of Rs. 76.80 + Service Tax @ 15%. We need Refund of Excess Charges levied alongwith Service Tax, since we booked for MICRO and WE DID NOT REQUESTED FOR MINI. OLA had SENT ON THEIR OWN. Why should we bear the Extra Charges. My sister Traveling ola cab car - cr no 9543 from BAI airport to kaggadaspura and she left hand bag in car back seat with 45000 Rs money with DL ond other document. Driver no is [protected] we cintacted him he reponded i dont know
